As specialists in Standby Power, we know the importance of really good service, see Our Service Promise.
Our service doesn't just stop when the unit has been delivered and installed, we continue with after-sales services in a number of areas:
What really makes us different is our ability to provide support, not only across mixed configurations of UPS, generators and fuel cells, but across the product ranges of most equipment manufacturers. We are a natural source of service for companies with multi-vendor equipment who require a single point of contact to support all their standby power systems.

Most of our customers take the view that having a maintenance contract is crucial. If there’s any power failure, mains or internal, your UPS is there to supply back up power, keeping valuable computer systems alive and maintaining your essential services. However, like any other major asset, these units need to be serviced regularly to ensure they’re ready when you need them and haven’t developed any faults.
We’re often asked about the difference between a maintenance contract and a manufacturer’s warranty. Put simply:
Available on most brands of UPS and on all Generators, our remote monitoring service (REMO®) provides constant monitoring while the unit is in operation by sending a text or email to multiple addresses, the instance a problem occurs.
REMO® also provides immediate notification of warnings prior to failure; listed below are some of the features:
REMO® is a unique service that can be provided on all generators and most brands of UPS, alleviating the need to hold contracts with multiple suppliers.
