The new Pulsar MX from MGE Office Protection Systems (now part of the Eaton Corporation) can be used as a free-standing tower or 19" Rack-mounted unit. The 4kVA and 5kVA units can be paralleled using the ModularEasy kit, in order to upgrade the unit to provide 8 or 10kVA. The UPS features two front access hot-swappable sub modules (power and battery) for maintenance without load interruption. Other features include an automatic battery test-with a test period that can be set, LCD Multilingual display and an internal bypass built-in to supply the load even if the UPS fails.
